Where is Bled?
Imagine a picture-perfect scene: a crystal-clear lake, a tiny island with a church, a medieval castle resting on a cliff, and snow-capped mountains in the background. That’s Bled, a small town in northwestern Slovenia. It’s located in the foothills of the Julian Alps, making it a great base for exploring nearby spots like Bohinj, Kranjska Gora, Planica, and Vintgar.

On a side note, we are very familiar with the place as we filmed many weddings in Bled. We did a lot of mountain biking in Kranjska Gora. Went to see the ski jumping in Planica and had some beautiful walking time in Vintgar.
