Here are some of the Chinese style dishes we have prepared ourselves at home 🙂

Spring Rolls:

These are some of our all time favourites. They can be prepared with only vegetables or with various tyopes of meat. Simple to make, full of flavours and ultra crunchy! In most of the restaurants they have them listed as starters but depending on their size, spring rolls can be a full meal….like the Jumbo sized Spring rolls we made, 🙂

Chicken Sesame:

This chicken dish was incredible. Super delicious, easy to prepare and when its done, it looks like it came from a restaurant lol!The mixture of sweet and savory ingredients gives a touch of magic. Honey, Soy sauce, garlic and lots of freshly roasted sesame seeds….uf, we are hungry again 🙂

Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry:

Loving beef and broccoli as much as we do, this dish was a no brainer. This was by far the easiest to make and very quick. There is one important thing to consider when preparing stir fry dishes and that is to have all the ingredients ready to throw in the super hot wok.
